If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start of the tour, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made between 48 and 2 hours before the tour, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the tour or if the customer does not show up.
